 • The Excel Company was founded in November of 1990 and has been an active Real Estate Brokerage ever since. The Excel Company specializes in Residential Real Estate from single family homes to multi-family, commercial properties, vacant land and has been selling, managing and providing relocation services for our clients in King, Pierce, Thurston & Lewis Counties since 1990. Our experience enables us to provide our clients with quality service to assist you in making sound, well informed decisions when it comes to your home and investment.

  Roy was recognized in 2007 at the TPCAR Awards Banquet for his contributions and support of our local Realtor® organization. He was awarded the prestigious Special Achievement Award for year 2006, from the Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors®.
  Roy has been awarded the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, achieved by real estate professionals who have successfully completed formal training in the art of negotiation.  Agents receiving this certification are in the top 1% of all agents nationally.
  Roy has been awarded the nationally recognized CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) Designation. The CRB® Designation is recognized throughout the industry as the measure of success for Real Estate Broker Managers. The CRB® Designation distinguishes Managers who have achieved an advanced level of education, experience and expertise in the Real Estate field.
  Roy has also earned his SRES® designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist) from the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council, ABR® (Accredited Buyers Representative) designations.
  Roy is certified as a Real Estate Instructor & Administrator for Cascade Real Estate School and is also a member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and is serving his fifth year as a Board Director, served two years as an Executive Committee Member for the Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors® (TPCAR), Roy also served 6 years as the Chairperson of Pierce County Housing Authorities Section 8 Home Buyers Program.   
  Roy has been associated with the Real Estate business for over 27 years, as an Investor, Craftsperson and Realtor®.
  Roy also worked as a licensed, Washington State Journeyman Electrician in the Puget Sound area for many years.
